SELF❤️LOVE

“Your self-worth is determined by You don’t have to depend on someone telling you who you are”Self-love motivates you to make healthy choices in life. When you hold yourself in high esteem, you’re more likely to choose things that nurture your well-being and serve you well. These things may be in the form of eating healthy, exercising or having relationships.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment”                       _Ralph Waldo Emerson

Self-inspiration is the ability to take yourself from bored to passionate, from stagnant to active, from discouraged to excitrd. It doesn’t depend on external assistance.self-inspiring people can inspire themselves (and likely others) anytime and anywhere.Self-inspiring people get things done.Inspiration doesn’t always need to come from within, but most of it should. To depend on external stimuli to inspire you will frequently leave you disappointed and unproductive.you won’t always find the perfect article.Your friends won’t always know the magical words to say to you.

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken”                       _Oscar Wilde.

To yourself first to find inspiration. Its a good idea to practice. There are two ways to self-inspire-focusing on positive outcomes and removing hurdles.

POSITIVE OUTCOMES:                      When you picture yourself holding wearing the gold medal for 100m dash ,that prize will inspire you to work hard. It’s not just for the glamorous activities either Just today I inspired myself to clean the kitchen .I didn’t feel like doing it, but I pictured how happy it would make my mom and how much more enjoyable it would be for me to fix food in a clean kitchen! Much of our success in life(financial, relational, physical, organization) comes down to our habits .If you can get into the habbit of focusing on positive outcomes rather than excuses, you’ll achieve more positive outcomes.I can recall three excuses I had not to clean the kitchen .In retrospect , I’m glad I ignored them and focused on the positive outcome!

“I think the reward for conformity is that everyone likes you except youself”          _Rita Mae Brown.

If this step works, you’re done. You’re successful inspired yourself to complete a meaningful task .Or maybe you’re just gotten yourself excited about life by thinking of the exciting opportunity and events that are in your future. But what if it isn’t enough to focus on the positive outcome? It’s true – sometimes the excuses and obstacles can not be ignored. These might be deeply – rooted and weighty or just so large in number than you’re not comfortable to discard them all.            Your time is limited, So don’t waste it   Livingsomeone else’s life.                                     _ -Steve jobs.

Are you lacking general life inspiration, inspiration to write a book or inspiration to get in shape? Whatever it is, once you’re focused on the issue, you need to dissect it to find possible reasons for your lack of enthusiasm. There are likely several emotional blocks, excuses , and fears to deal with.

“Care about what other people think and you will always be their prisoner”

_Lao TZU.

If we can simply remove the negative obstacles that are in our way, the freedom that is naturally generated will be inspiring. In other words ,we automatically become more inspired when we inspiration increases!Imagine seeing no restraints in

pursuing your dreams:

Example:

I want to get rid of more things right now, but I’m struggling. There are hurdles in my path, but I signed up for the 100 m dash .The hurdles must be removed for me to want to race!.

THE IMPORTANCE OF JOURNEYS

A thorough study of journeys reveals that a journey is much more than just movement from one place to another.
Journeys are about learning and growth, and they have live .An Imagine Journey is one in which the individual doesn’t in fact have to go anywhere in the physical sense. The physical journey is replaced by an expedition that is fuelled by the human capacity to imagine. Imaginative journey create endless possibilities. They can offer an escape from the realities of life, and are frequently used to comment to social or human traits and characteristics.

“DREAM WHAT YOU DARE TO DREAM.

GO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.

BE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE.”

Prospero , on his island, is in command . It is his imagination that has conjured up his scheme for revenge and the journey is his to have power over.

Throughout the play , prospero also experienced a journey of wisdom and appreciation. He learns more regarding the social order in which he lives and experiences self- realisation and discovers his identity.prosperso learns that revenge on his enemies is not the best answer “Yes with my nobler reason ‘gainst my fury Do I take part. The rarer action is in virtue than in vengeance”, and through his change, other characters such as Alonso learn something about themselves and others such a Miranda and Ferdinand find love- ” Beyond all limits of what else I’th’ world , Do love , prize, honour you”.

“IF YOUR GOALS ARE REALISTIC

YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING.”

The imaginative settings for prospero’s island allows for the unbelievable to take place. Because of the situation, Shakespeare can exercise his imagination to generate characters and throughts that are not possible in a realistic settings. The island is a place of magic and imagination. The magic of prospero , Airtel and the others sprits , Caliban and the masque all persuade the audience, to suspend disbelief and accept imagination.

“THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A DREAM

TO HELP PLAN YOUR FUTURE.”

Each person’s life is a journey on a contorted road dotted with bumps and craters. At certain points , the bumps could seem as high as mountains and the pits as deep as lots, making this journey called life appear quite despondent.

Types of journey:

  • Physical journeys are very literal.
  • It is traveling from point A to point B.
  • Imaginative journeys are not limited to the physical world.
  • Spiritual journeys occur within oneself.
  • Emotional journeys venture into one’s mind.
